There is nothing better to cook when you are in a hurry than Italian Pasta and a little something to cheer it up!! In this case I choose Caviar and Truffle oil to add more sofistication to the plate.
Caviar Penne Rigate
I don’t really have a favourite brand of italian dry pasta, and to be honest I always pick the cheapest one because they are all good. In this case I choose Colavita.
Usually I don’t cook for many people, but if it gets there Italian dry pasta is the way to go. You can combine them with almost everything, and something really beautiful can result of that.
INGREDIENT
Penne Rigate 240 grs (120 grs per person)
Onion 1
Red Chili 1/2
Garlic 1 Clove
Brocoli 100 grs
Truffle Oil r/a
Rosemary r/a
Caviar 2 Teaspoons

As I usually recommend, it’s always better to buy our greens in a local market as we can find organic products. Please don’t use frozen products unless you are really in a hurry (they will make your meal look aqueous and unattractive).
Directions:

  • Start boiling the pasta until the point you want it (I prefer “al dente”, in the package of each brand you can find the specific cooking time).
  • Saute the onion, garlic and peppers in olive oil until they are gauzy.
  • Add broccoli (here also depends on the taste of the person, I like them a little more tender).
  • Now with all these ingredients together in the pan, add the pasta.
  • Add the truffle oil, caviar and rosemary leaves (very little place because it is very invasive).
There is nothing better than sharing a dinner with friends. Cook, invent, make mistakes because that is the key of having an amazing moment with the people we love the most.
